Exclusive Breakfast with Doug Mueller
Burntsand and BMC Canada presented an exclusive breakfast presentation downtown Toronto. This was a seminar and discussion around how to incrementally move into taking a holistic approach to ITIL and service support. He doesn't get to Canada often and we were thrilled to have him here and be able to provide the opportunity to share the challenges and lessons learned as well as gain from one of the most powerful minds in service management technology today.
